Mushroom poriyal recipe,simple mushroom saute

Mushroom poriyal

Ingredients : Mushroom - 1 pack
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Red chillies - 3
Curry powder- 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1 tsp
salt to taste
Mustard seeds -1 tsp
Extra virgin coconut oil - 1tsp
Preparation :

In a medium sauce pan - add one teaspoon coconut oil , add the mustard seeds along with hing and red chillies
Let the mustard seeds splutter, now add the mushrooms along with ginger and the masala powders salt to taste
Make sure you saute them well, do not add extra water to the dish.

Saute well the mushrooms tastes better when they cook in their own juice.
